In europe and places like USA, Canada and even in eastern europe / Russia these days the life-cycle of the transport vehicle Bicycle is limited by its repairability. But while everything manmade can of course always be repaired within these countries the limits to a repair-job on a bike is the equivalent in time + parts that very often let bikes be ending in the metall recycling plants. This is due to the rather high cost of labour involved aswell connected to a industry normative of rolling out assembled parts (read = bike) for cheap while single parts have relatively higher prices. Aswell a never ending revolution in styles and colours available let the europen consumer choose for a new "Fahrrad" many times over the years.

We have taken to our highest priority:

(1) Save as many bikes as possible

(2) Make Container Shipments out of these

(3) Create Jobs in West Africa

(4) Support west african comunities in sustainable development

(5) Sustain the development of craftsmenship in involved regions

(6) Provide arguments + bikes for people in West Africa who want to raise the awareness towards ecology

(7) Support a economic development that is ecological founded

(8) Cooperate with civil society

(9) Stay aside from religious discussions - we are humanisticly oriented

(10) support the local development of Sports and Tourism.
